President PMLN Shehbaz Shaif penned sincerest thanks to China for medical supplies
President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Shehbaz Sharif has expressed sincerest thanks to the government of China for the unflinching support and extending medical assistance to Pakistan to fight against the global pandemic. He lauded the leadership role of President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang and penned profound regards of Pakistani nation to them separately. He further asserted that China’s continued support to Pakistan in terms of great initiatives like CPEC and medical supplies has reaffirmed the bilateral time tested relations.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Shehbaz Sharif has written a letter to Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang congratulating him on successfully defeating coronavirus in his country.
The letter also thanks China for its help to Pakistan in fighting the virus, calling it renewed commitment to their long lasting friendship.
He further wrote that not only did China help Pakistan by the China Pakistan Economic corridor (CPEC) project but the medical and technical support provided by China was also of immense help.
He said that China’s assistance would lead to countless lives being saved and Pakistan overcoming the pandemic. The Pakistani people are proud of Pak-China friendship as it has always come good at the hour of need, he added.
