Speaker NA meets Chinese envoy, terms CPEC as an economic stabilizer
Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser during a meeting with newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan H.E Nong Rong said that CPEC will boost economic growth in the country and take Pakistan out of current financial vows. He said that it is a matter of pride for Pakistan to have maintained such an exemplary relationship with China. Ambassador thanked Asad for his support and informed him that phase two of CPEC will focus on projects related to improving socio-economic indicators, industrialization, agriculture, and scientific and technological sectors.
Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has underlined the need for cementing parliamentary contacts between Pakistan and China for further cementing bilateral relations.
Talking to Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong in Islamabad today (Wednesday), he said the present government is committed to take that exemplary relation to new heights.
He said Pakistan is proud of its all-weather unique friendship and strategic partnership with China.
