Pakistan-China textile cooperation to boost local economy
The managing director of Challenge Fashion, Karen Chen has said that Chinese find it favorable to invest in Pakistan. Challenge Fashion is a Chinese retail company in Lahore’s Kasur area which has become a designated textile industrial sector. this industrial sector will have state-of-the-art fabric units, dyeing facilities, and garment manufacturing units. Karen Chen has said that Pakistan’s textile sector has numerous benefits for China under the Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP) and a free trade agreement with China. GM Sales, Glamour Textile, Tariq Mehmood said that Pakistan has greatly benefited from its cooperation with China.
