PM Shehbaz to inaugurate first phase of Rashakai Special Economic Zone today
Today, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to inaugurate the initial stage of the Rashakai Special Economic Zone, a significant project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). This zone is expected to generate over seventy thousand direct job opportunities and an additional two hundred and fifty thousand indirect employment opportunities. Aligned with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s vision of promoting industrial growth in the nation, the construction of Rashakai Special Economic Zone has been given top priority, and the first phase has now been successfully completed. The Prime Minister will also deliver a speech during the ceremony to mark this momentous occasion.

Rashakai special economic is a project of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) which will create more than seventy thousand direct and two hundred and fifty thousand indirect employment opportunities.
In line with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s vision of industrial development in the country, construction of Rashakai Special Economic Zone has been done on priority basis and its first phase stands completed.
The Prime Minister will also address a ceremony on the occasion.
