ISLAMABAD, Aug 19 (Gwadar Pro) Forty faculty members, students, and alumni from the Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS) have returned after completing their higher studies in China, further enriching both the university and the province of Balochistan.
These scholars pursued their MS and PhD degrees without incurring any costs, thanks to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST) in Mianyang, China. This was revealed in a post by LUAWMS on August 18.
LUAWMS, as one of the pioneering institutions in Balochistan to secure such a substantial amount of scholarships, has set a precedent for empowering the students of the province, the post highlighted.

He’s now advancing his studies with a postdoctorate at the Cotton Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, in Anyang, Henan.
