DPM Ishaq Dar reviews preparation for his upcoming visit to China
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a preparatory briefing in Islamabad ahead of his upcoming visit to China to co-chair the 7th Pakistan–China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue. Senior officials briefed him on the programme and agenda, during which he emphasized the significance of Pakistan–China relations and directed a focus on tangible outcomes to further strengthen the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.
ISLAMABAD, Jan 01 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday chaired a detailed briefing session in preparation for his forthcoming visit to China, where he will co-chair the 7th Pakistan–China Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue.
The Foreign Secretary, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Beijing, and senior officials of MoFA briefed the DPM/FM on the preparations, tentative programme, and agenda for the Dialogue.
The DPM/FM underscored the importance of Pakistan-China ties and instructed the officials to prioritize outcomes that contribute meaningfully to advancing the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.
