Pak‑China Technical and Vocational Institute enrols 416 students for 2026
Pak-China Technical and Vocational Institute (PCTVI) in Gwadar has enrolled 416 students for its 2026 batch, reflecting growing admissions at the CPEC-linked training centre, with classes set to begin on January 15. The intake includes students in short-term certificate courses, one-year and three-year diploma programmes across fields such as information technology, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, tourism, maritime and port management, and languages. Since its establishment, PCTVI has produced 258 graduates and continues to expand its programmes to align with labour market needs, with 77 students completing diploma courses by the end of 2025.

Economic Corridor (CPEC)‑linked training centre.
Classes are scheduled to begin on January 15, the institute data showed. Of the new
admissions, 206 students are enrolled in three‑month certificate courses covering office
automation, Python programming, mobile application development, e‑commerce, web
development, graphic design and artificial intelligence.
123 students will pursue one‑year diploma programmes in English, Chinese and artificial
intelligence, while 87 students are enrolled in three‑year diploma courses in e‑commerce,
tourism management, maritime port management, mathematics and software technology.
Since its inception, 258 students have graduated from PCTVI in various disciplines, the data
showed.
PCTVI said it has expanded its offerings to meet labour market needs, with programmes in
maritime and port management, software technology, tourism management, e‑commerce,
mechatronics, Chinese and English language, artificial intelligence, construction engineering
and overhead crane operation.
At the end of 2025, 77 students had completed their diploma programmes, it said according
