Deputy PM Ishaq Dar meets Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong, reaffirms strategic partnership

Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong at the Foreign Office in Islamabad. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on key regional and global developments. Deputy PM Ishaq Dar emphasized the urgent need to reduce tensions in the Middle East and highlighted the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for de-escalation. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the strong Pakistan–China strategic partnership and agreed to continue close cooperation on matters of mutual interest.
