China appreciates Pakistan’s withdrawal from US Democracy Summit

Zhao Lijian, the deputy director of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Information Department has appreciated Pakistan’s withdrawal from the ongoing US Democracy Summit. Zhao called Pakistan, China’s true iron brother for its withdrawal. In an official press release, Pakistan declined to attend the US Democracy Summit, citing it has a functional democratic system in place.
