China-Pakistan Joint Research Center on Earth Sciences to be established at KIU

China-Pakistan Joint Research Center on Earth Sciences will establish a weather observation center at the Karakorum International University in Gilgit.

A decision to this effect was taken during a meeting between Vice Chancellor of Karakoram International University Dr. Attaullah Shah and Director of China Pakistan Research Center in Islamabad.

Joint Director Professor Hong said the China Research Center is already working to establish a center in Jamia Karakoram. In this regard, the China Research Center will also provide the Karakoram University with advanced tools for advanced information related to climate change.
