China the most trustworthy friend of Pakistan, says PM Shehbaz
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that China is our trustworthy friend who supported Pakistan in all testing times. He shared these opinions with a delegation from the Chinese corporation SK Hydro, led by its CEO He Xiongfei, during a meeting in Islamabad. The Prime Minister asserted that the billions of dollars invested in CPEC construction projects are evidence of the goodwill between China and Pakistan. He urged Chinese businesses to get involved in the government’s solarization initiative. The team also gave the Prime Minister a check for $100,000 to aid in the rehabilitation of flood victims, which was greatly appreciated by the Premier.

He expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of Chinese company SK Hydro delegation headed by its CEO He Xiongfei in Islamabad on Friday.
The Prime Minister said investment in development projects worth billions of dollars under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is a proof of China-Pakistan friendship. He urged the Chinese companies to actively participate in government’s solarisation project.
Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the Chinese company’s efforts in hydropower projects in Pakistan.
The delegation also presented a check of one hundred thousand dollars to the Prime Minister for the rehabilitation of the flood affected people which was appreciated by the Premier.
