China, through CPEC, posed a vote of confidence in Pakistan, says Senator Mushahid

In an interview with Kamran Khan on Dunya News Channel, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed highlighted that there are two cornerstones to the Pakistan-China relationship with regards to CPEC; security and investment agreements. He said that by trusting Pakistan with both, China has given a vote of confidence to the country’s economy. Senator also highlighted that China has stood by Pakistan through all testing times, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. He also highlighted that one-third of Pakistan’s energy needs are being met through CPEC power projects.
