Chinese CG holds farewell party for Gwadar students
The Chinese Consulate General in Karachi recently hosted a farewell event for students from the Gwadar Institute of Technology in Balochistan, Pakistan. Consul General Yang Yundong was present at the gathering, which celebrated the completion of three-year diplomas in civil technology by students from various areas of Makran. The Consulate General expressed encouragement for the graduates, highlighting future opportunities for higher education at technical institutes in China. This event underscores ongoing educational cooperation between Pakistan and China, with institutions like the Pakistan-China Vocational Training Institute in Gwadar playing a crucial role in providing technical and vocational skills to local youth.

China’s consul general in Pakistan Yang Yundong attended the party held at the Consulate General in Karachi.
The students hailing from various areas of Makran, completed their 3 years diploma in civil technology from Gwadar Institute of Technology (GIT).
Chinese Consulate General encouraged the graduating students which will further be given opportunities to attain higher education at technical institutes in China.
In addition to GIT, Pakistan- China Vocational Training Institute in Gwadar is also imparting technical and vocational skills to the local youth of Gwadar.
