Federal Minister for Information Maryam Aurangzeb visits Chinese Embassy on completion of 71 years of Pak-China diplomatic relations

Marriyum Aurangzeb, the Minister for Information and Broadcasting, paid a visit to the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad to commemorate the 71st anniversary of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations. She described the day as “historic” when speaking on the occasion. The Minister stated that the Pakistan-China partnership has contributed to regional prosperity as well as economic and human growth in Pakistan. She stated that China stuck by us through thick and thin and aided Pakistan’s interests in all international forums. The CPEC, according to Marriyum Aurangzeb, is a historic strategic partnership example. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif directed the Information Minister to visit the embassy, and he read out his message on the occasion. Pang Chunxue, China’s Charge d’Affaires, stated that China and Pakistan are close neighbours, linked by mountains and rivers, and that the two countries have a common future. China-Pakistan ties, she said, have continued to flourish under the strategic leadership of our two nations’ leaders.
