Pak, China to streamline information sharing on agriculture and industry

Considering the importance of agricultural and industrial cooperation between Pakistan and China under CPEC, and to streamline and institutionalize the process of information sharing in this regard, China-Pakistan Agricultural and Industrial Cooperation Information Platform shall be launched today. It will be held online as well as offline and is being hosted by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Pakistan and organized by China Economic Net and China Machinery Engineering Corporation. It will be mandated with organizing business forums, seminars, business delegations and other activities to promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of agriculture and industry, and advance B2B cooperation between the two countries

Summary: The Launching Ceremony of China-Pakistan Agricultural and Industrial Cooperation Information Platform, hosted by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Pakistan and organized by China Economic Net and China Machinery Engineering Corporation, will be held online and offline on January 26, 2021, and we are now cordially inviting you to participate in the event.

Ⅰ. Introduction
As China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is expanding to agriculture and science and technology, the China-Pakistan Agricultural and Industrial Cooperation Information Platform has come into being. This platform will collect and display information and achievements of agriculture and industrial cooperation between China and Pakistan. Meanwhile, it will organize business forums, seminars, business delegations and other activities to promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of agriculture and industry, and advance B2B cooperation between the two countries. The platform will be officially launched online on January 26, 2021. The launching ceremony will mainly introduce the details of this platform, including its objective, plan and ways of use, etc. At the same time, discussions themed China-Pakistan agricultural B2B cooperation and the building of industrial information communication platform will be held, to discuss the current and the future development of bilateral agricultural and industrial cooperation.
