Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, while inaugurating the Pak Business Express at Lahore Railway Station, highlighted Pakistan’s deepening ties with China under the second phase of CPEC and ongoing efforts to improve relations with the U.S. He praised the modernization of Pakistan Railways, including European-style facilities, digitized ticketing, and upgraded passenger services, and lauded Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi and former minister Khawaja Saad Rafique for their contributions. Shehbaz Sharif also celebrated Pakistan’s recent “victory” against India, emphasizing the armed forces’ strength and the country’s nuclear capability as a guarantor of peace.
