Pakistan is China’s top priority in the fight against pandemic: Ambassador Nong
China has pledged continuous support to Pakistan in its fight against the covid-19 pandemic. Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Nong Rong announced that first donation of vaccines to Covid-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) by China is being sent to Pakistan. Ambassador Nong also said that China will donate a total of USD 100 million to COVAX for distributing vaccines to developing countries making it a public good. China has so far donated 4 million doses of covid-19 vaccines to Pakistan.
