Pakistan to receive more medical supplies from China

China is committed to expanding strategic cooperation with Pakistan amid the pandemic outbreak. It has helped Pakistan in every possible way ranging from taking care of Pakistani students in Wuhan to providing tones of medical goods. A PIA special plane has taken off from Beijing with relief items including X-ray machines, face masks, infrared scanners to help Pakistan fight COVID-19. In addition to that, Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, in collaboration with Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IWCCI), has distributed food packages to the needy people to help them overcome the temporary challenge. Meanwhile, it is important to mention that fifty years ago, PIA signed an agreement with the Chinese partner for the sale of four second-hand Tridents. These were the first batch of Tridents by China.
