In a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong, he highlighted the potential for deeper cooperation in trade, economy, culture, and connectivity, calling the relationship an “iron-clad brotherhood.” Zardari also thanked China for its continued support. The ambassador conveyed birthday wishes from President Xi Jinping ahead of Zardari’s upcoming birthday.

During a meeting with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong, who called on him at Aiwan-e-Sadr, the president emphasized the vast potential for enhanced collaboration between the two countries in trade, economy, culture, and regional connectivity.
President Zardari said Pakistan attached utmost importance to its relationship with China, describing it as an “iron-clad brotherhood.” He expressed gratitude for China’s consistent support in times of need and underscored the importance of working together to promote peace, security, and prosperity in the region.
The Chinese envoy also conveyed a special birthday message from Chinese President Xi Jinping, extending warm wishes to President Zardari ahead of his upcoming birthday.
