President Asif Ali Zardari to visit China on September 12

President Asif Ali Zardari is scheduled to visit China on September 12 at the invitation of the Chinese leadership, sources said on Tuesday. According to sources, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also accompany the President during the official trip. The visit is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and China. President Zardari will hold meetings with the Chinese leadership, where key areas of cooperation will be discussed. Sources added that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will also feature prominently in the discussions.
