Prime Minister Meets Chairman National People’s Congress at Great Hall

Prime Minister called upon National People’s Congress (NPC) Mr Li Zhanshu at Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Khan extended greetings of 70th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China and informed NPC Chairman about the dire humanitarian crisis in Kashmir. Prime Minister Khan observed that CPEC Ph-II would bring socio-economic development in Pakistan and improve living standards. Khan pursued Chinese help to grow Pakistan’s agriculture and Artificial Intelligence sectors. He was grateful to China for steadfast assistance to Pakistan on all issues of national interests. Chairman NPC Li Zhanshu maintained that both Pakistan and China could recommend a new project for inclusion in CPEC. Li Zhanshu underscored the implications of bilateral visits and enhance parliamentary linkages. PM Khan invited Chairman NPC to visit Pakistan, who kindly accepted it.
