Shaheen IX exercises: Professionalism of Pakistan and China air forces commendable, says air chief
Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan lauded the professionalism of Pakistan and China air forces during the Pak-China Joint air exercises and said that these exercises will help in developing a mutual understanding of each other‘s combat skills and promote interoperability. He also appreciated the robust and modern combat training program of the Chinese Air Force.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan on Tuesday has said Shaheen series of exercises will go a long way in enhancing the professional skills and operational preparedness of the Air Forces of Pakistan and China.
He expressed these views after flying an air superiority sortie in a Hi-Tech Chinese fighter aircraft during ongoing Shaheen IX exercise.
The Air Chief said these exercises will also help develop mutual understanding of each other‘s combat skills and promote inter-operability.
He said Chinese Military Aviation Technology is at par with contemporary requirements and has full capacity to meet the challenges of modern warfare.
Lauding the professionalism of Chinese Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan said Chinese pilots outstanding air combat skills are reflective of robust and modern combat training program of Chinese Air Force.
It is pertinent to mention that the joint Air Exercise Shaheen IX that commenced on 9th of this month has now entered its last phase.
