Chinese envoy appreciates the role of Pak Navy in protecting CPEC
Newly-appointed Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong called on Naval Chief Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi at the Naval Headquarters and discussed the role of Pakistan Navy in protecting the maritime interests of Pakistan especially the CPEC routes and Gwadar port. Moreover, both reaffirmed the commitment to improve cooperation between the naval forces of the two countries.
Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong called on Naval Chief Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad on Tuesday and discussed matters of mutual interest including regional security situation.
The Chinese Ambassador commended Pakistan Navy’s efforts for maritime security of the region.
Both the sides reaffirmed the commitment to further improve cooperation between the naval forces of the two countries.
